Air Blast Freezer is a room with a cooling machine unit like a freezer with a large room with a temperature up to minus 40 degrees Celsius. ABF or Air Blast Freezer is used to store raw materials or products that are highly susceptible to damage or contamination with our environmental temperature conditions.
Cooling room or Air Blast Freezer is a room made of polyurethane panel walls with a thickness of approximately 100mm / 10 cm. Cold Storage Room has a cooling temperature of about -38'C to minus 45'Celcius with RH level (85 - 90%).
Water Blast Freezer is suitable for meat storage media, fish, obat2an, ice cubes, etc. where at that temperature germs or bacteria will not be able to live or breed. Differences ABF with Cold Storage where ABF uses dual engine technology on its compressor, resulting in higher cooling than Cold Storage.
