Mesin Ice Crusher (Machine)
The crusher / grinder of crystal / tube ice cubes is a machine that functions to change the shape of tube ice cubes into shaved ice, so tube ice that is inserted into the feeder / container of this machine will automatically be crushed by the crusher so that it becomes a small / fine size.
The working system of this tube ice crusher / grinder is where tube ice cubes / crystals are inserted into the feeder / storage container and will drop to the bottom by gravity. The descending Tube Ice will be ground automatically by the crusher head at high speed so that the ice cubes that were originally in the form of a tube in the middle hole / tube are instantly crushed to turn into fine shaved ice.
Our ice crystal crusher machine consists of 2 types of machines namely ITC 20 and ITC 30.
Ice Tube Crusher ITC 20 is a tube/crystal ice crusher/grinder that has dimensions of a hopper feeder or tube ice container of 250x450 mm and uses a van belt drive motor with an electric power of 0.75 Kw 1 phase / 3 phase.
The ITC 20 tube ice crusher has a total dimension of 600 mm in length, 500 in width and 900 mm in height. The following are the technical specifications of this VCT 20 engine:
