Ice Block Machine MEB 080 is a machine that can produce ice block as much as 8 tons in 24 hours where every 12 hours, the ice block machine MEB 080 is able to produce ice-shaped rock block as much as 4 Ton.
The MEB 080 ice block machine uses a 50 or 100 kg beam ice mold and in its brine tank is available as much as 80 or 40 pcs of ice molds of that size beam. The MEB 080 ice block machine uses a semi hermetic compressor from Bitzer with 40 HP power and Bitzer Gmbh water condenser cooler.
The MEB 080 Ice Machine uses two cooling pumps, which are pumps for cooling towers and pumps for water cooling. The cooling tower pump uses 1.5 Kw of power and the pump for water cooler uses 2.2 kw power.
The MEB 080 ice block machine has an overall dimension of 7.5 meters wide by 2.5 meters in length and 3.3 meters height divided by 3 dimensional engine, overhead crane frame and brine tank dimension or cooling bath.
