Ice crystal
machine itself is a tool or a machine designed and assembled to convert water
raw materials into solid form in the form of ice cubes that have a tube-like
shape with a hole in the middle. The ice cubes are tubular with a certain
length and diameter and have a hole in the middle with a certain diameter as
well. These ice cubes are very clear and shiny like crystals, so they are
called crystal ice cubes by the public.
The ice
crystal machine uses an ice mold in the form of a Food Grade standard stainless
pipe and is neatly arranged in a large tube. Each end of the pipe has a plate
with holes to support the pipe in it or in English "Sheel and Tube".
The plate with the hole (sheel) has the size and number of pipe holes that are
adjusted to the production capacity of the ice machine itself.

This
crystal ice cube is formed where when the raw material water in the engine box
tank will be sucked and circulated to the machine's evaporator tube. Tube
Evaporator of this crystal ice machine consists of a large tube standing
vertically and inside it contains stainless pipes of a certain diameter and
neatly lined up. Water from the raw material box tank is circulated into the
evaporator and enters the stainless pipe and then enters the raw material box
tank with a continuous repeated process (circulation).
In the
vertical evaporator tube between the stainless pipes in which there is raw
material water, there is a coolant to cool the water flowing in the stainless
pipe. With a repeated process and within 22 minutes, the circulating water
flowing in the stainless pipe will form an ice cube in the form of a tube (ice
tube) to adjust the stainless pipe.
After the
process for approximately 22 minutes, the ice cubes formed in the stainless
pipe will fall to the bottom and are immediately cut by a cutting machine whose
position is located under the evaporator tube of this crystal ice machine. The
length of the cut crystal ice cubes has different lengths (random) with a
length of not more than 50 mm.
