Flake Ice Machine (Ice Flake Machine)
The flake ice machine is a flake (shaved) ice machine. This ice cube machine consists of a cooling unit, a drum tank with blades, a holding tank and a frame.
This flake ice machine produces flake ice with thicknesses from 10mm to 2 cm depending on the results of the knife shavings in the drum tank of the ice cube maker.
Ice flakes are usually used by fishermen to cool marine catches such as fish, shrimp, squid, meat and shellfish.
This flake ice cube is formed from the cooling water flowing in the evaporator tank of the flake ice machine, then the ice cubes formed on the walls of the evaporator drum tank are lightly ground by a cylindrical blade that rotates continuously during the process of forming flake ice.
The crushed ice cubes are in the form of thin flakes with random sizes and diameters, so they are called shaved ice / flakes / ice flakes.
