Cold Storage Room

is a room formed from 10 cm thick PU(Polyurethane) walls with a knock down system fitted with a PU thick door and a heating unit to remove the ice crust stuck to the wall during cleaning.

This cold storage room is equipped with a cooling fan (evaporator) located in the room and a cooling machine unit that is connected to the cooling fan.

Cold storage room is a storage unit to keep the stored ingredients fresh and the cooling time is in accordance with the needs of the stored products, namely ice cubes, meat and fish.

Evaporation temperature (SST) : -25 0C

Condensation temperature (SDT): 40 0C
