Block ice machine is a machine that makes ice cubes in the form of blocks
with different sizes as needed. This block of ice cubes is rectangular in
width, length and height according to customer requests.
The block ice machine uses salt water as a medium to cool the water in the
mold which later after the cooling process, the raw material water in the mold
will become ice cubes shaped according to the mold (block).
The block ice machine consists of a cooling machine, a brine tank, and a
mold for small / mini / home-scale ice machine capacities.
For large capacity block ice machines (above 2 Tons), this ice cube machine
consists of a cooling machine, an ice block mold tank, a raw material water
filling unit, an ice block rolling unit, a crane for lifting block ice molds.
Ice block machine uses freon and ammonia cooling system. For the ice block
machine we use a freon cooling system.
Our ice block machines use 12 and 24 hour cooling systems. where for small
capacity (under 1 ton) our ice block machine uses a 12 hour system. And for
large capacity using a 24-hour cooling system once harvested.
